Optlie provides smart scheduling and patient coordination software for clinics. Our service includes automated appointment confirmations, smart rescheduling to fill canceled slots, and dynamic waitlist management via interactive messaging.

Patient Messaging & Consent

By opting into the Optlie Smart Scheduling program through your healthcare provider, you agree to receive automated messages (SMS, MMS, or RCS) regarding your appointments.

  • Opt-In: Consent is obtained when you provide your mobile number to a participating clinic for scheduling purposes.

  • Purpose: Messages are sent to confirm visits, offer earlier appointment times, or reschedule cancellations.

Message Frequency & Rates

Frequency: Message frequency is based on your appointment activity and clinic needs.

Costs: Message and data rates may apply. Optlie does not charge users for receiving messages, but your carrier's standard rates for text or data will apply.

Opt-Out & Support

To Stop: You can opt out of all Optlie-powered messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive.

HIPAA & Privacy

Limitation of Liability
